We booked at this establishment in good faith with our families for a break away from the tough unprecedented year we had. To my utter dismay what an experience that has been. Upon arrival no manager or owner was there to meet us but one of the members of domestic staff to hand over the keys. Coming into the unit was a horror story to unfold. Dirt/Grime/Mould/Spiders/Ants. It was clear as day light that there was absolutely no covid protocol/procedure in place. The kitchen had previous people's food in the oven & fridge, the bathrooms were dirty(we showered with flip flops) an army of ants in the rooms as well again previous peoples items of clothing left behind , spider webs & spiders under beds and all corners. We have made contact with management explaining the situation that all images provided on the site was a far cry from what we see. Pool could not be used in the evening(no lighting as shown on pictures) no green grass for kids to play, a jacuzzi that "was out of order" in this all we where offered was a reclean or an alternate residents which was a far cry from what our expectation was, bearing in mind we have brought kids to enjoy a well deserved break after the hellish academic year they had. The owner refused to acknowledge our concerns or compensate us in any way or refund us so that we could return home as it was a "real waste of our hard earned money". Trying to make the best of the situation(as the owner was not forthcoming) a trip to the store was needed for tins of insecticide & strong detergents for operation clean up as best as we could. I would never advise /recommend anyone this establishment as customer care /service is not a first priority. I feel all social media platforms should be made aware as well as the West Coast community as to how this establishment gets run - "out to make a quick buck"
