Huge SCAM

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order at the beginning on November, now January, they apparently couldn’t get the item I ordered but only told me when I queried it a month later. I got one response saying that I would be refunded but have never received my money back. The phone lines all ring off and I get no responses to my emails. Why is this company still advertising, they need to be shut down
