Had thee worst experience. Website and everything seemed legit. We ordered a refurbished concept 2 rower and delivery did not happen. We contacted the company but the person told us the delivery was made. Every time we phone there is another excuse. Now he has given us the number of the driver but that does not even ring. We have now taken this up with the fraud department at our bank. Poor feedback, I actually mean zero feedback unless we call he sometimes answers. It’s was quite a hefty amount that we paid. Any advice or if anyone has done business with this company please let me know.
