FRAUD

I had the exact same experience as mentioned by other customers.paid a hefty amount for a stepper machine.only received confirmation of payment but no numbers work, their website has been deactivated and zero communication.my BANK sent a recall of money form but no promises.Is this as far as i can take it or are there any other avenues to take.Absolute FRAUD......
