I have been trying to get a digital copy of my degree. I previously logged ticket and review on this platform a representative did contact me and I was promised with my letter of completion and academic transcript I would get a digital copy uploaded onto my student portal. This is for visa purposes I need this digital copy URGENTLY!!!
St10176337 - DKL Brink I have requested via their VC Assist to graduate urgently because of an opportunity to go work overseas in March. I need my degree, completion letter and academic transcript to start and complete the paperwork process. I have attached my request letter to VC assist but I get the same response. This is unacceptable I have passed all my modules, my fees paid up but still they are refusing to let me graduate urgently!!!!!! I cannot wait until May to get my degree. This is an urgent request to get graduate urgently by 13 February 2026. All the other private institutions have received completion letters already VC is always delayed.
Do not buy from Books online SA they are a ****ming people. Purchase the book gets sent via paxi and then they reroute back to their pep store. Damn *****'s!!

I am being treated like a ******** my debt is almost paid off, R8000 this month and the balance I will pay in by the 15/12. I have logged tickets to ask if I simply have my November exams just a simple yes or no is all I am asking as the supplementary are in the beginning of December. I will clear this debt get my transcript and register for my final year another institution. This is just ridiculous how I am being being treated.
I am online student who moved from the Bachelor of Commerce back to the Bachelor of Arts degree as a student from 2019. I received a deferment credit for my BCom modules from 1st semester. My credit was processed only in August but was compiled in May already. My final registration was submitted late and now my account has gone into arrears and my student portal has blocked. I have been making my monthly payments. I am really not a happy student once I have completed my BA as next year will be my final year. I will apply at another institution this is just ridiculous!!!!
I'm one of your online students did a module Accounting software module. I received 99% for my CASS mark; 67% for my online exam. Surely this is enough to pass my module and 10 years working experience using Pastel. I missed a test and now have to complete a supplementary for this module because of the test i missed. My assignment mark has not been used in my year mark??? UNFAIR UNFAIR UNFAIR
