Worst company EVER!

If I could give zero stars, I would. First off you are bullied into a supposed telephonically binding contract, of which the call is not recorded. Thus there are no proof of said contract. Initially there is an understanding that you are making a once-off purchase, just to find out that they keep sending you products that you did not ask for. They continue to bully and threaten you, until you fight back. Then they get straight up vindictive. Even though agreements and arrangements were made, they continuously broke such agreements. They made promises that they went back on, blaming it on other people and departments. I will NEVER work with them again, and I strongly recommend that no one else does either. Worst experience of my life! STAY AWAY FROM VIATEK!
