My children attended school at Acudeo protea glen. I payed fees but along the way it became difficult. My daughter was doing grade12 and my son was in grade7. Both of them were refused with their results. Even the grade 12 leaner.
My daughter turned 18 years. She went to claim for her education policy. She was told that it was 2 in 1 policy. They paid the first part on the 4th of October. This is my second review. My husband had 2 funeral cover policy with old mutual. For my mother in law .Last week i wrote on this plat form. To complain. On friday they responded and payed the money for 1 policy. But failed to tell me whats happening with the second policy. Im still not happy BECAUSE i was expecting 2 pay outs. BECAUSE the reasons they gave me first was recalculating because my husband is deceased. Im not happy at all. They should have called to tell me the reasons why i only got 1 pay out.

Now they telling me that the birth date on the policy and death certificate dont match. Its not true BECAUSE i have the policy it matches. Another reason why they are recalculating is because my husband is deceased. Im not happy at all. Another thing they telling me the claim will take 10 days. And this weekend we supposed to burry. Now im supposed to post pone BECAUSE of this situation. When they were debiting money we never gave them problems.
Hi,we as lenasia social development security officers are hereby reporting a security company called amantshilibe.The company worked with us from 01 of April until 30th of that month,so they were supposed to pay us on the 1st of May but they didn't, they promised to pay us on the 10th but nothing. They then came back and said on the 14th still today nothing. And they don't even bother telling us what the problem is.
I am a loyal fidelity adt customer. I payed and installed the alarm system in my house last year. This year on the 20th of April I called Adt to report my alarm panel that is not working. They sent a technician on the 22nd of April. He came and found out that the panel was a problem which I already told the lady at the call center. Then the technician told us he will come back either on the 23 or 24 April. He didn't come,when I called again on the 26th I was told that I had to call again and book for a technician. Then another technician by the name of Michael was booked on the 27th of April on a public holiday .he came with a panel only to find out that the whole system needs to be replaced. He said he will come back on the 28th. He never came back then I called Adt again I was told that he's sick. I asked to speak to management but the call center agent never transferred me. He said they are aware they will send someone on the 29th. I called them again on the 29th of April to find out if there was a technician coming . An agent by the name of Charmaine who was rude told me that they booked me for the 7th of May. But they never communicated with me. I run a business from my home and I don't feel safe at all . Without their services that I'm paying for at the end of every month
