They take your money and you NEVER see your goods. Once they have your money, no-one answers the phones, or emails. I made a case at SAPS, but who knows if anything will come of it. I lost R56,000 on this company because Hellopeter keeps removing bad reviews!!! The 5 star reviews are obviously *****ulent, but they don't get removed even after I REPORTED THEM. Time to report Hellopeter somewhere? So I'll just keep posting to help someone save their hard-earned money.
I have only had amazing service from Whitehouse Linen - through their online shop https://bedbathhome.co.za/ Online orders are extremely easy and smooth, and goods are always delivered promptly. I will support this company again and again.

The service is terrible. I placed an order, and received it timeously BUT the received the wrong stuff. The handles I received looked nothing like the online pic online, nor are they cabinet handles, although the SKU are the same. Not only that, the 2 handles I received isn't even the same size - although it has matching SKU nrs. Now how do you explain these people that?? Because you got what you ordered - as far as the SKU nr. It is now 29 days later, with empty promises to collect and refund, but nothing happens. Emails are answered with: Request # 1033922 has been solved
Afrihost, I am so disgusted with your pathetic service that I will happily tell every stranger to stay away from your company. On the 4th of January, I requested that you reset my connection as I had a terrible connection - again. Don't know WHAT you did but my line has been dead since. 2 calls - and 2 different refs nos - and STILL NOTHING. You escalated my query - twice!! No-one even bothers following up. VUMATEL is "missing in action" - not a peep since the initial messages to say that they received the refs' nos. In the meantime, I've been without fibre for 18 days, AND OUT OF POCKET. And now I have to work late (and this whole weekend) in an empty factory, ALONE in an industrial area, IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE LOCK-DOWN LAWS, - because I don't have the fibre at home that I paid for!!! OF COURSE, YOU GOT YOUR MONEY!!!! WHY WOULD YOU CARE????
Vumatel is the WORST lately. On the 4th of January 2021, we had connectivity issues - phones could connect via wi-fi, but my son's computer could not connect via LAN. I contacted Afrihost to reset my connection - this seems to help every time. After that my line was completely dead. It has been 18 days and two reference nos later, and NOT A PEEP FROM VUMA OR AFRIHOST. Afrihost says the problem is on Vuma's side, Vuma doesn't respond.! In the meantime, I am paying R1117 per month for a 100 MBS line, - with no internet for the last 3 weeks!!! Then I am not even mentioning the fact that I NEVER get more than 30 MBS. VUMATEL, I wish I could give you negative stars!!!!! I left a stinking review on your Facebook page and you still didn't even bother to contact me. Maybe other people think twice before signing up.
