I made loan application with them and they told me that I’ve approved with R20000 today they told me to print the documents and I must pay the fee of R2910 within an hour the money which I approved with will be in my bank account

Bad service

I was paying funeral cover for over 10 years with Old Mutual but last year November when my father pass away they didn’t pay me they told me that my policy lapse a months ago they didn’t even notify me with a phone call
