Shoody water meter replacement
The replacement of the water meter was done very shoddily. I needed to tell them to not install it 5 cm below the pavement, but level and once done they left without letting me know. After they left I tried to open the lid but it immediately came off as the outside was pressured in by the surrounding sand and did not close again properly. This could all have been avoided with a bit of care and planning!!!

Surgical masks 'lost in transit'. Or, I suspect, 'stolen' by an employee is more likely.
A month ago I ordered face masks from the US. After a longer than normal delay, they arrived at WantItAll last week. I've been trying to get them couriered to me, without luck, and now suddenly they are 'lost in transit'. To me, this means someone at WantItAll probably stole them. This is totally unacceptable, and WantItAll should just own up to this, rather than hide behind euphemisms. Lost and stolen are not the same thing. (order 6125907)
