Service from hell

I have a contract with them of cell phone and they were supposed to debit R99, 99 monthly, they debited that amount for few months after they started to debit R129, 00 without communicating with me.2020 December they debited me twice R129, 00 and R88, 00 for what I don't know.This month again they debited R169, 00 that's when I decided to call them, I was put on hold for over 20mnts without any apology. I'm very angry right now and I want my money back
