I had cancelled my contract when the contract had ended but they have continued to charge me and on my credit report, it shows as outstanding .
Good day , Please can you assist me , Last year October I had done an upgrade telephonically with Vodacom as my contract was up for renewal , I had requested for a dual sim Huawei Nova 10 Se phone as I required the phone for work and personal use . Upon receiving the phone I noticed that I was blocked from using the second sim card .i called Vodacom stating my issue and had the contract cancelled and the phone returned to Vodacom before 7 days of the having the phone Vodacom had sent their courier company to fetch the phone , however they continued charging me for the contract which I had cancelled. However when I had received my statement ,I called vodacom stating my issue and was told to pay the outstanding amount so thereafter they can cancel the contract . This took forever to do and I see that I am still being charged .please go back to all the calls made with regard to this issue and you can see for yourself . I refuse to pay the outstanding amount , as when I had paid I told them immediately to cancel the contract to which they never did . How unfair is it that I should fit the bill for Vodacom’s useless staff members ?i have requested many occasions to be put through an omsbudsman I suggest this be resolved unless I take this to court

Vodacom is probably the worst network provider there is available being such a reputtable company, you would think that your queries will be resolved . After having to call over 50 times the account is still in arrears and the cancellation on the upgrade that was requested was never done .requested for a cancellation on the upgrade as they fetched the phone and requested the contract completely , has not been done until now .

The food is absolutely tasty ,there was not a time that the food was not up to standard.I would definitely recommend this restaurant.On sunday i had decided to spoil my significant other as we would not be celebrating Valentines day together this year by taking him to the restuarant .
