Westcoast Tyre Exceptional Service
A big shout out to Westcoast Tyres and Johan who went beyond good service to assist in resolving a Tyre emergency for me. This is my second dealing with him and both were really exceptional experiences

NAVSHOP: PATHETIC SERVICE: BROKEN PROMISES AND BLATANT LIES . More than 65 broken promises to install
Are you thinking of using or buying from NAVSHOP? Think again. I am a pensioner who wanted to repair the last car I'll own. The command screen was defective and needed replacing. I had the misfortune in making contact with Sean Casserly mid August 2020. It's now 6+ months later and with 65(and counting)heartfelt promises to install, and still no replacement. Fool me for persevering after each broken promise. I have now already spent R1500 in attorney fees to recover my deposit. This is some of many many promises: -"I am 100% committed to this and will make sure we end this off amicably." -"I will not let you down again. This needs to be sorted out this week still and done and off my books." -"Please im begging you just give me until tomorrow AM to get the item to you and I will then be able to make sure that everything is sorted out. Kind Regards Sean" Don't get caught.

Worste service ever experienced. Over 50 broken promises over 6 months
In mid Aug 2020 I had the misfortune to try an purchase a replacement command screen fro owner and MD of Navshop, Sean Casserly. I paid a deposit for the unit and promised Installation. Fool me, desperate to have my radio/Nav repaired was led by the nose for 6months. Over 40 emails and 20 sms plus WhatsApp promising Installation the next day was received over this period. Promises of money being paid back and unit to be installed was the daily message. I eventually got my money back by handing case over to my attorney. Still no promised unit. BUYER BEWARE. There are no words to describe a person who will treat a pensioner like this who trusting believed he would get what he paid for. Find somewhere else to buy your Navi system.
