I am a rain customer and don't miss any payments. I've been having a problem with my router since from Saturday morning I've been raising my query with rain since then. I don't get any help 4days I don't have any connection and I use this wifi for work and home purpose. I know at the end of the month they'll want their full pay buy for days now I don't use it. When I call they tell me to wait for their call I haven't had a call back since. I'm really not happy not sure if I should just change to another network where I can get help when I need it.
Good day it is evident that Shoprite does not take their customers seriously. I complained about Mayfield square bad service on till points on the 24th of September I haven't heard anything from them, not sure whether it is the way they train their stores. Dissapointed.
Mayfield square Shoprite has the worst service when it comes to their till point, I do my groceries the every month and every time I have to pack my own groceries. When you ask where are the packers you don't get a straight answer. Some time last year I tried calling the manager who said, she'll call me back regarding the matter I guess she's still calling I don't know, not sure if she's still manages the store or the has been a change, can they please try to get packers especially on month ends I feel its not fair for me to pack my own groceries I don't even work there.
At the end of March I app**** to the router for my home. I spoke to the consultant who never mentioned an upfront fee to me. 3 days later I got my router delivered at my work place, after a few minutes of sim activation money got deducted from my account, was not at home yet and ddnt even use the router yet. I called them to ask what was happening they advised me to send an email of which I did. On my 2 emails I was explaining 1 thing that I've already explained telling them to go back to the recordings and spot exactly where I've agreed on them to deduct the amount of which they failed to do so. All I was asking was for them to bring back the money they took without my concern.
My husband's account was paid up February 2020, now the account is accumulating due to the club that he doesn't even know about. When we email them the auto machine answers twice now. It's impossible to get hold of them.
