Do not purchase anything from bright books…I repeat do not purchase anything!!!
Ordered an exam kit ebook on the 11th it’s the 21st and I haven’t received anything. They claim it will take 72 hours but nothing. I’ve sent countless emails nothing. You call the number on their website and it doesn’t exist. Now I have to go through the process of charging back through the bank and lost valuable time studying. I’ve ordered from them in the past so it’s shocking that they became ****mers. I used to recommend them in the past. How is a phone number which doesn’t exist on your website. Hopefully the banks blacklist them. I’ll contact their payment platforms to inform them of the ***** taking place.

Unreliable online experiences in relation to Student benefits
For the past 6 months Absa student benefits have not been redeemable on the website ... it becomes a problem when your main product selling point are the benefits . I’ve tried support multiple times and their solution is to use the ussd , Which happens to cost airtime by the minute .In addition , the flipping ussd also doesn’t work. Some boomer is head of online development clearly! A kid in his mother’s ba*****t could code a better website than studentbenefts. Before you reach out with your generic response to troubleshoot.Yes I have confirmed that I meet the monthly requirements to redeem , yes I have verified my details extensively and all I keep getting every month is ,” you’ve reached your threshold”.
