Dave's Appliance Repairs dishonesty / poor service

Poor service. A lot of promises. Victor, as far as I can find out the owner/mechanic @ Dave's Appliance Repairs, is not honest. He charged me for a capasitor in my refrigerator. When I checked, he either never replaced it, or replaced it with an old, secondhand capasitor. I phoned him to report that my refrigerator is not cooling properly after he worked on it. No answer. He also doesn't reply to my Whattsapp. Do not use Dave's Appliance Repairs.
