My family and I have been going to this restaurant since they opened. We were there yesterday to and to much disappointment. The drinks we ordered were out they have very limited drinks and all was starting to finish, our food half an out to 1hour wait we got told they do not have any more chips we must chose between rice or mash. The food finally came two hours later my husband well done steak was basically quick flash grilled as it was still raw on his plate, my trinchado tasted like the meat was washed with dishwashing liquid my sons fish fingers came as a fish steak and his good came to the table late. As for the main manager a white guy. Very rude unfortunately didn’t get his name. Oldish guy. 1st Didn’t even have a mask on 2. Had a check to tell my husband that the food is impeccable only thing that changed was the chilies. 3. Told us that we making this nonsense up as we know the previous owner. 1. I have never met the 1st owner As there was no need to as the food was at a very high standard. The new manager atitude stinks and shouldn’t be in that business. As for the staff working there, we have no issues with. Food really terrible and main manager attitude disgusting. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
