Hello, its me Tumelo Staying at 917 Plaza Place, i hate being a regular complainer but bad things are happening to me so i have no choice but to report or complain. Our caretaker has been changed and we were not notified of that. There was fumigation on hte 25th or 26th of November and i left my key at security for them to gain access and fumigate the flat. Upon return i did not check extensively at my belongings. Last week Friday the 4th of Dec i realized that two pairs of shoes are missing. This is not the first incident of theft to happen at 917,last year when the building was repainted i left my keys and found that my wrist watch and 1 pair of shoes was stolen. I reported to the caretaker and he subsequently said the security guys who were suspected were fired. Then early this year i left my key reluctantly for fumigation then when i came back , my key was nowhere to be found, the fumigation people took my key with them. Godfrey changed the lock on my door and gave me a new set of keys.No again in november i leave my key and my shoes are stolen.Can somebody please help me investigate this matter and also note that until such time i receive feedback on this matter i will not le
Iam very hurt and angry with GEMS Appliance Department. Iam very aggrieved with your service as MEDICAL AID.I have submitted a motivation and quote for an Orthopedic appliance (moon boot) on the 11th of November 2015 via email.Today the 26th of November I call to check for approval and iam told (Ref MH70229451) that the quote has two practice numbers therefore in the appliance department there is confusion.If there is confusion and the consultant or whoever is dealing with this case does not communicate this to the supplier or patient/member then how is the patient supposed to know if there is an issue with the request ?Why is there nobody communicating with the supplier or member about the progress of the request?<br> <br> I find this very unprofessional and because my medical condition will not progress positively without the appliance and I had to call to find out there is confusion ? After the query iam still told iam must wait 7 to 14 working days? Is this still my fault now , I must wait yet the progress was not communicated to either party (supplier or member) ?<br> <br> Management, deal with this request URGENTLY as it is very important for my health to progress well and for me not
Apparently my rent has increased from R3520 to R4770 in a space of 12 months WITHOUT notice.<br> I had authorised a debit order of R3700 every month from October 2014 to date and the accounts woman (Rachel) did not explain that R3700 would not cover all costs (municipal costs,casual parking and water) so now iam getting billed an extra R1070 for my new rent which i did no get notice and have not authorized. Who check and verifies that all these amounts/costs are accounted for and are billed to the right tenant? who must communicate changes of billing to tenants? why must tenants act with rage and disappointment all the time because management does not talk to us? Why does city property like to slap people with changes and be unavailable to explain changes ? Who is the CEO and what is he /she doing about this bad service? We must pay rent on time but nobody gives us feedback about anything happening and around the building or with our accounts. I hate city property with a passion, you are cold hearted and unprofessional.
Dr Nchabeleng admitted me for the first time in 2014 for a muscle issue, he kept changing medications and sending all sorts of doctors that were not helping me to keep me in hospital until i had to ask that he must never see me and refer me to a specialist.<br> Yesterday 22/06/2015 i went to consult for a gynea issue, on arrival the first thing he said to me was ' did the doctor u were fighting for actually help you\. I found it to be very rude and selfish of him.<br> On treating me for the new ailment he did not even physically examine me and just wrote a prescription
i was admitted at above mentioned hospital for 6 days, the state of the general bathroom at ward 6 is horrible. There was blood spatters on the wall for 3days without it being cleaned. The smell is horrible. The Showers are not private enough since we had to share this with the male patients .<br> The nursing staff was either too tired or had bad attitude toward patients in room 9. Sulphina specifically was clumsy,forgetful and arrogant. The general service of this hospital has declines drasticaly since last year in July.Management need to look into all the following services, hygiene and food services then nursing staff attitude.
