A BMW approved service centre caused a problem during a regular service of my X5 and were unable to fix the issue for more than a month. In the end I took the car with even though my car would lose power regularly. (I am not one for litigation.) Eventually I decided to try GP Motor Works. Apart from fixing the problem the same morning of booking the car in, I appreciated the owner's direct involvement in the diagnosis and fixing. Their diagnostic efficiency and engagement is exceptional. Subsequently I had my 3 series serviced with some paint work thrown in. All done to my satisfaction. Well done GP Motor Works!
Purchased an item about 8 months ago. After months of non delivery, with claims of the item (oximeter) being out of stock, I requested a refund. The promised refund has not been deposited yet in spite of a commitment more than two months ago that they would do so. One cannot talk to anyone; only mail exchanges are allowed. I suspect this company has financial problems and would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.
