Time of closing discrepancy and shoddy service

Poor service by staff and managers or the store Today I called the store at 11am asked what time they are closing and they said 11:45. Got there at 11:30 and the doors were closed. Called them again to be assisted and was told they are closed. They refused to help me in anyway the manager was adamant that they were closed. The time difference to closing was 15 mins so how could they not help me.
