Disappointed - Please avoid

I am disappointed. One week after ordering the stock online I heard nothing then I emailed to follow up. They replied, claiming that there was a mix-up in the warehouse, but they will get back to me. After no reply for several days, and no reply to my emails, I called. The person told me that the size advertised was not the same size that was stocked and that they are looking for alternatives. We then agreed that I would be refunded and I sent my banking details. After several days, no emails, no proof of payment and no refund, I called again. I was told that refunds will be done on that day because refunds are only done on Fridays. Several days after however, there is still no proof of payment, no money received in my account and and no reply to my emails. This is now 3 weeks since my order and no resolution! Please be warned about doing business with them!
