Disgusting service and business ethics. Lies Lies and more Lies Master of lies. People should not anything from Andre Els at supreme outdoor and Tactical. Made payment for 10 ballistic vest on the 17 May. It then takes 5 weeks to get the ballistic vest, it arrives and it comes with out the steel plates. So much lies makes me believe that he didn't have the plates. Although when making payment he asked for another 2k total value R15650. 00. I tried to make it easier and send our courier company but no more Lies, his response my son is going for treatment, I'm in Parys, I'm on my way to Senkel it 2hours away from Randfontein, when I get back I will drop it off, lol Bull****er, I will drop it of Mnr, yes sir I promise I do it the next day, your client will get, I will be going to Fordsburg I will drop it off, I'm not a lier sir, Yes he is not a lier but Bull****er. Ballistic vest return and he said 2 days and he will return the funds. 2 weeks later he has not returned the funds. Yet he had signed the credit to refund. I URGE PEOPLE NOT TO SUPPORT SUCH A LIER. Makes you wonder the persons back ground and business ethics. He should write a book how to lie.
Another supplier did the job got paid, but when it comes to warrenty you can forget that type of service.
I am totally disgusted with the after service form the Sunlit Technologies team. I purchased a fair amount of goods on 09/11/2020 invoice number 9976 from my supplier Donavan in KZN after receiving the goods there was 2 LED C37 SMART BULBS E27 fauly meaning, when you picked it up there was something shaking inside. therefore it does not work. Ever since I've been sending messages to to Donavan and he kept saying Wayne will get in touch with me. TODAY IS THE FREAKING 15 FEBRUARY 2021...WHO IS WAYNES MANAGER?? CLEARING BOTH ARE USELESS.
