I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A STRONG SUPPORTER OF THE BRAND. MY LATEST EXPERIENCE HOWEVER WILL RECONSIDER MY NEXT PURCHASE. THE PROBLEM WITH BIG COMPANIES IS THAT THE WANT US AS CUSTOMERS TO SUPPORT THEIR BRAND WHICH WE DO AND ITS NOT A CHEAP PRODUCT BUT WE OR MYSELF HAVE THE MIND SET OF BUYING A NAME BRAND CAUSE YOU WILL GET THE QUALITY. I DONT SAY THE QULITY IS BAD CAUSE IT IS NOT BUT THE SUPPORT THAT I GOT IN RUNNING INTO A ELECTRICL FAILURE ON MY UNIT ON 220V SIDE MADE ME REALISE YOU ARE NOW ON YOUR OWN...THIS IS THE COST TO REPAIR TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT? I DID SENT A E MAIL ASKING FOR SOME DISCOUNT TO NO AVAIL. REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN THAT THEY DONT EVEN RECONSIDER JUST BLUNTLY TURNING ANY DISCOUNT AWAY. IT GIVES ME THE FEELING OF JUST SH...T HAPPENS. AT LEAST THE UNIT CAN STILL WORK ON 12V SO NOT ALL LOST JUST THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU ARE JUST BLUNTLY TURN AWAY FOR HELP IN REGARDING A BETTER FIXMENT PRICE THAT DISSAPOINTED ME. I WILL NOW GET THE UNIT BACK FROM THEM AND BUY A POWER SUPPLY AS THEY SUGGESTED.
waybill billing issue and nobody i mean nobody can apparently resolve our issue. we are Takealot customers and courier it is our preferred courier! we are using them for the past 5 years and no suddenly every time we arrange for a pick up from Polokwane where our dispatch is from the tax invoice at end of month say ZEEKOEGAT! we tried numerus times to resolve this to no avail! we get billed for pick from ZEEKOEGAT while we are in Polokwane . i don't even know where ZEEKOEGAT is! we cannot settle our invoice until this is fixed cause the amount charged is obviously from ZEEKOEGAT TO THE TAKEALOT WAREHOUSES AND NOT FROM POLOKWANE!
i always buy my stuff from CTM BOABAB POLOKWANE and the service was always good until today. Last week i ordered a shower door and the kit and the base for a customer that the door broke. The item number is 0020 CISPDPG801 and upon collection today i am told the door comes without the magnetic door seal? Now i am told i must now again order the seal which i don't mind doing but i feel the salesman should have said it comes without the seal! I was also told i must pay for the courier to order this seal upon which i said why cannot the put the item on the next stock order? Why didn't they just offer to sell me the one on display ? I feel the salesman slipped by not telling me the item comes without the seal cause then i would have ordered it that same day with the other items. The customer also do not have the old seal anymore and now to adjust the quote always create a unprofessional feeling. The communication can be better from the staff towards customer then this unpleasant situation can be avoided

first off all the number on cylinder don't exist! then the PRETORIA NUMBER YOU GET TO SOMEONE SAYING HALLO HALLO HALLO....ALL THE TIME! the VodaPay app is hogwash.i trained last night and wanna purchase a smoothie from Kauai and the vodaBucks app said 240 vb and R19 to get smoothie but now i lost the vb the people at Kauai have never looks like it worked with vodaPay just big question marks on their faces so now i lost 240 vb and still dont have my smoothie as the app .if i go to history it says vb-220 but how do you pay the R19 to get the smoothie.....why is there no help available?THIS IS IN VIRGIN ACTIVE THORNHILL POLOKWANE KAUAI
At first there wasn’t any communication but after lodging a complaint with you i got email and waybill nr and parcel wad delivered faster than what email said
No communication!send email and respond with high volume will reply within 24-48hours?cannot track parcel ordered Monday?no waybill nr ?website shows order out for delivery but that is it cannot see when or where item is?
I SPEND 7K WITH THEM IN PURCASING VICTRON ITEMS ON ADVICE FROM HENK COETZEE WHICH I AM VERY GRATEFULL FOR AS ITS MY FIRST TIME INSTALLING THESE ITEMS I BOUGHT .I UNFORTUNALLY RAN INTO SOME ISSUES WHILE INSTALLING,NOTHING MAJOR AND SO I CALLED THEM EXPLAINING MY ISSUE.THE LADY WHO ASSESTED ME TOLD ME TO SEND A MAIL TO TECHNICAL WHICH I DID,SHE BY THE WAY WAS VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY .LATER THE DAY I ALSO RAN INTO SOMETHING SMALL AND CALLED AGAIN,THIS TIME I CHOOSED OPTION 4 AND THE SWITCED BOARD DIRECTED MY CALL TO HENK COETZEE WHO ANSWERED. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT HE WAS BUSY AT MOMENT BUT IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF SWITCH BOARD PUT ME TO HIM.HE SAID HE WAS BUSY AND I UNDERSTAND,HE ALSO SAID HE WANTS TO KNOW WHY THEY GIVE OUT HIS NUMBER SO I PRESUME THE STITCBOARD FORWARD TO HIS MOBILE PHONE WHICH AGAIN IS NOT MY FAULT SO HE CAME OVER VERY AGUTATED AND MADE IT CLEAR THAT I AM BOTHERING HIM NOW WHILES HE IS BUSY WITH WHAT HE WAS BUSY WITH.AGAIN AS A CUSTOMER HE COULD JUST HAVE SAID JUST HOLD QUICKLY LET ME GET DOWN FROM THE LADDER AND ASSIST YOU OR JUST LET ME TRASFER YOU TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP OR LET ME CALL YOU BACK OR CAN YOU CALL AFTER 5 MINUTES LET ME JUST STEP DOWN.BE THAT AS IT MAY HE AT LEAST LISTENED TO MY ISSUE AND WAS QUICKLY TO IDENTEFY WHAT I NEED TO DO FOR WHICH I AM VERY GRATEFULL. I ALSO GOT THE REPLY FROM TECHNICAL VIA THE MAIL I SEND EARLIER ON 1ST ISSUE. BECAUSE I DEALT WITH HENK IN PAST I ALSO MAILED HIM ABOUT MY ISSUE BEFORE I EVEN MAILED TECHNICAL. MY QUESTION TO THEM WAS HOW TO SET THE IP65 VICTRON CHARGER TO CHARGE A LITIUM 100A BATTERY. THE ANWER I EXPECTED WAS VERY SIMPLE AND THAT WILL GO SOMETHING LIKE: DEAR CUSTOMER YOU JUST PRESS AND HOLD THIS BUTTON AND SET IT TO THIS SETTING BUT INSTEAD I JUST GOT : DID YOU GET A MANUAL? : REFER TO MANUAL. THAT IS NOT IN MY OPINION AND OPINIONS MAY BE DIFFERENT BUT AS A CUSTOMER I WOULD HAVE PREFFERED JUST A ANSWER AND NOT A SARCASTIC ANSWER. THERE IS A LOT OF EXPERTS OUT THERE AND SHOPS THAT SELL VICTRON PRODUCTS LIKE LIVESTAINABLE. I IN THE PAST HAS BOUGHT ALL MY TECH FROM THEM BUT AS A CUSTOMER WHO RAN INTO SOME QUESTIONS THAT WAS NOT AND IS NOT THAT BIG OF AN ISSUE TO JUST SORT OUT QUICKLY I WOULD HIGHLY DOUDT BYING FROM THEM AGAIN WITH THIS ATTETUDE I RECEIVED YESTERDAY. MAYBE THEY HAD AN OFF DAY BUT THE MAIL TO ME WAS NOT ON. I WILL REFER TO MANUAL AND TRY TO DO THE SETTING WITHOUT THERE ASSISTANCE. IF I STILL STRUGGLE I WILL CONTACT SOMEONE THAT WILL BE WILLING TO ASSIST.
