Drone issue still not resolved
I got married in 2020 October, I paid for a package that included a drone for my wedding. TC production team members came without a drone at my wedding, while i requested and paid for a package with a drone. I lot happened between us that made me unhappy, for now I will focus on the drone issue. I was promised a while back that I will be refunded for the drone issue. It's 2023 now I'm still waiting to be refunded. I really feel disrespected by these guys honestly.

Just an update with regards to TC Productions, they did apologize for everything that happened in the past months. If you've read my previous review, I had complained about their service. They whole heartedly made up for everything they did, sincerely apologized. Got my album and 9 mini beautiful albums. Well I almost dropped on the floor when they handed over my wedding album, because of its beauty. I must say they did mend our relationship and also they did what I kindly asked them to do when they were editing my wedding video. I am ecstatic with their work. Think I would like to point out that we're people, we're imperfect. Sometimes things will happen that will hurt you unintentionally but the fact that TC productions proved that they've always had good intentions with us really makes me happy. Also looking forward to my photoshoot they offered to make up for the drone. Yes I would recommend TC production to other people. Their work is absolutely amazing. Thank you again

TC PRODUCTIONS NOT DELIVERING AS THEY PROMISED!
I saw good reviews about TC production before I got married and I was really impressed, that was 2019. My wedding was in October 2020 now its new 2021 February, my husband and i haven't received anything we paid for. Basically my journey with these people has been nothing but horrible. I don't even know where to start. First of we had paid for a package that includes a drone, they came on our wedding day without that drone and never bothered to inform us the reason why they didn't bring the drone until I asked Charles one of the photographers who was the one taking pictures on our wedding day. He said the drone crashed that's why they didn't bring it, we didn't get any refunds for that. Oh even after the wedding the owner Thabang didn't bother to call and explain the drone situation and how we will be refunded or the way forward since we didn't get the drone. They had the guts to submit our wedding videos which we haven't received until now, they sent it to a tv programme without our permission.We had to take legal actions so that that our wedding doesn't get broadcasted on tv cause they didn't want to help with stopping the mess they had created. During that period Thabang the owner didn't even see a reason to communicate with us and explain the reason why they did what they did without our permission the only person who was trying to communicate was Charles. Till today Thabong doesn't see the reason/bother to apologize for doing what they did without our permission. The only people who apologized was the owners of the show wanted to publish our wedding and they kept communicating with us for lie a week after the incident happened and they also explained what they discussed with TC productions. It's now 2021 February 16th, our numbers are blocked, Thabang doesn't bother to respond to our emails. And it's not like we owe these people money. We paid the full amount according to how they requested us to pay. When it's time for them to deliver we are being mistreated by them.
