Budget Repairs
I contacted Budget Repairs to provide me with a quote for fixing my two fridges on the Friday. They attended at my house on the following Monday, and fixed the two fridges. They worked for a few days when the one fridge started to switch off and then on, and the other fridge was not as cold it should be. Budget Repairs provides you with a 12 month guarantee. I contacted them, and they made numerous undertakings to come back to look the fridges. After they blocked my number, they advised my husband that he has the incorrect person. Whenever someone else contacts them, they very politely answer the telephone, but when they realize who they are talking to, they either deny knowing us or who they actually are. Furthermore, they advised us that they replaced some switch in the one fridge. As they left, my husband asked them where the old part was, and they started looking for it, but they could not find it. I should have known .....
