I’ve been trying to book a table for a group of 40 people at Kream Montecasino and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails and made several phone calls over the past few days, but no one has bothered to respond or provide any feedback. For a restaurant of this calibre, I expected at least a basic level of customer service. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially when trying to plan a large group booking. Definitely not the service I anticipated from such a highly rated establishment.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Pick n Pay ASAP. I placed an order on 28 April (Order #4000245647) for three essential items—2 tins of Novalac AR milk and 1 box of Beacon marshmallows—totaling almost R800. All of the items were marked as in stock, but later I was told they were unavailable. Today is 5 May and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and every time I’m given the same generic response with no real help or resolution. It’s completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is that I can’t even buy milk for my newborn because I’m waiting on this refund. Why does your system allow orders for items that are out of stock? This is misleading and causes real stress for parents trying to care for their children. I will never order from PnP ASAP again, and I sincerely hope you take this complaint seriously and process my refund immediately.
