Luanne 13:38 Friday 2026/03/06 who refused to give me her surname told me that payment which is outstanding from December 2025 was not made on the system. But on Monday 2026/03/02 I spoke to another consultant who told me that payment was reversed after my bank details couldn't be confirmed. I gave her my standard Bank account details and today Luanne says she can't trace any such account on the system. I call old mutual EVERYDAY and hold for more than 2hours to get a response from the 1st consultant who will then put me through to another department for me to hold for another hour or more before I get to another consultant who will lie and tell me that payment was made I'll get my money on Monday or Wednesday or Friday. I hate old mutual with passion and for those who want better insurances please forget about old mutual it's a trap.
The cashier named Portia at Spar Tops in Arcadia is the most rude and impatient cashier I have ever met. You should really train her how to treat and talk to customers, otherwise, she will ruin the business.
I cancelled my Mr price insurance last month on the 9 June 2024 after I was mislead by their sales representative and doing the opposite of what we agreed on. Since then they haven't responded to notify a way forward regarding my cancellation and when you call them, the calls do not go through until your airtime depletes. As for the WhatsApp agents, they are useless because today I spoke to Swazi who just end our chats without giving me answers. It's like they deliberately just want to mess up my credit. I am not happy with them messing up my money.

This Institute is highly unprofessional and arrogant. There was miscalculation regarding my marks. I've since then emailed the lecture to rectify them since last year around May 2020 till now they are not fixed. I also layed quite a few misfortunes I experienced regarding my academics but till now I got no response. The management ignored all my emails and they never bothered to give me a way forward on the matter. Mr Terence Mashangwa, Mrs Makirimari Roseline and Ms Cynthia Lawrence are they people I forwarded the matter to but till now I got no response. I don't think this Institute cares about providing quality education but rather money because they are quick to constantly send emails to pay fees but they fail to resolves my academics issues. They blocked me twice last year from mylms and I miss out on alot of work and lost marks. Worst part they blocked me towards final examination. That was depressing as I lost alot of marks and no one was willing to assist me because I was labelled a problem student and even threated me to exclude me from institute even though it's not my time. I think they deliberately fails us so that we can repeat and they get more money. How do you deny a person of their rightful marks? I even decided to excalate the matter to the EFF and Department of Higher Education as they have a brief of my struggles with the Institute, maybe they will assist me because the management is failing me.
