ABSOLUTELY USELESS
Absolutely USELESS.... 50K + in fees paid fully and I had to stand by myself in court and with researching laws and by laws, I fought my own case and guess what, I won my custody back of my child and ******** case dropped.... When you have God behind you, nothing is impossible and not a lawyer saying "let's hope they loose the docket, hey"... Long story short, don't waste time or money with this firm... BAD COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had the worst experience from this store. From poor communication after being told that they would get back to me after 2days. A week and a half later and after I had to call to find out what's is going on. They were not sure which machine was mine and when they figured it out I was hit with almost a 1k bill... Secondly, the sales reps laugh at customers and put the phone down and when I wanted to talk to the manager/owner, the reps said he was not there. As soon as I get police involved then the manager is there and can talk. I then went to the shop to collect lawnmower and the owner sends me a message stating they only change the spark plug but on the invoice is a carb service which he says was done in the store verbally. So I have no evidence of this being done... Anyway, after loading machine I then get threatened y one of the reps while owner stands there and let's it all happen.. Get home and lawnmower mower does not work. Owner does not answer his phone and the parts returned don't even come from my machine. I have images of all the parts. I then go up the road to Midas and buy one spark plug at R28 after paying R85 from Hyper Mower to have this replaced. I used to work at this very establishment as my very first job and none of the procedures were followed and when raised with owner. NOTHING was done. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, TRUST ME....

Lies and Bad Customer Service
Ordered online with Mr Delivery and as per the menu online is not what I received. I then called the owner who at first tried to deny that that was on the menu, then stated that Mr. Delivery had made the error, then said that I should sort this out with Mr. Delivery. Extremely bad customer service and to be absolutely honest the food was not that great for that pricing... Could have made myself better food with s****s...
