Never had such bad service, renowned in South Africa, as bad as this. Mr. Mansosela, a previous customer of City to Coast, had the same problem. So it is not this company's first time. Three quarters of our goods arrived a week late. Then 3 weeks later, after daily phone calls, the rest except one box. We still call, which are either ignored or some excuse is given. We are now going so far as to open a criminal case at the police, to see this further.
