The people are extremely rude the atmosphere is stuffy and the employees behind the desk think they are above kindness and being polite. This is a discriminating place and just a plain shame I don't recommend anyone working for the concierge or four star valet unless they want to be discriminated against treated unfairly and have favoritism running the operation.
