Well done!
I was in a bit of a bind having left the Mother's' day shopping a little late but fear not Fragrancefind came to my rescue - they shipped my purchase the same day and it got to me last Friday before Mother's day. The handwritten message I asked to be added was such a lovely touch and great penmanship. The gift wrapping was also very well done and special. Thank you very much - I will certainly be shopping their again

Great service - needs a lot more people to support them
Excellent service - not a lot of fuss. Acknowledged my order, packed it, and delivered. Just the right amount of communication with a speedy service out the door. Great courier company used which was professional and treated the package with care. Product performs as advertised. Won't be my last purchase with them

Online order left unfulfilled
Very poor service and will now be contacting Payfast to try and arrange a refund as well as the Consumer Goods Council to report this business. Placed an order on 13 February 2021. Followed up after 2 weeks of no delivery, was promised delivery will take place that week. Today, almost a month after placing the order the phone was disconnected twice. Both numbers go unanswered. Please do not waste your time and money with this company
