Rude
Dealt with them last year. Never again. Rude is an understatement. I questionedvthe extra charge for cash deposits as I had not seen that before. My gosh what horrible horrible owners.

Exceptionally Rude Response From Beaded Creations
<div>Absolutely shockingly rude. I queried the R30 extra charge for bank charges having never seen that before on online orders . Admittedly I had no read the terms correctly, as the font was tiny on my phone whilst ordering i placed the order and then queried the extra bank charges, and was sent a shockingly rude response by **** about my attitude and how she was canceling my order straight away because of my attitude there were at least 3 more rude emails from **** .... telling me how my attitude needed changing and .... honestly ..... WARNING BELLS! </div>
