Wilson Stone not the quality you expect nor the service...I am left with the problems

All my cut stone pool coping and pavers are coming loose on my patio and around my pool. It was laid twice as per the instructions given by Wilson Stone. Wilson Stone came out twice to inspect and still no solution.
