School fee settlement

Good day. We are unsatisfied with the treatment from AV Theron Attorneys Sasolburg. We had an arrangement to pay R200 on a school fee account that has been handed over. We contacted them for a settlement amount which they refused. We used the money to pay the current year's school fees. Today they contacted us that they will except the settlement. We explained that we used the money to settle this current year's school fees and that we will stay with the original agreement to pay R200 monthly. They don't want to except the R200 monthly. What do we do now?
