So I called Sanitech for a paraplegic toilet quotation, got a sales representative to help. She emailed me the quotation, I made payment but I let her know that the date of the event where I was going to use the toilet was not confirmed. I also asked for pictures of the paraplegic toilet to make sure that it was what the client had asked for, they failed to do that. I called and asked for pictures again eventually the sales representative sent them. It was not what the client wanted, since I had paid them already I asked for them to source it out(the toilet the client wanted). They told me they couldn’t find one. Okay then, can I have a refund so that I can go look elsewhere for a paraplegic toilet. They asked me to send relevant documents including proof of payment, so I did. Now they are giving me the run around. Failing to make a payment back to me, for three weeks now. Nobody is answering my calls.
