Emails and calls being ignored for weeks!
I require to get an import permit for a package I bought through Ebay. As such I app**** for it on the 21st of December 2023. When the reopened on the 2nd of January 2024 I could never get an hold of them. I have send multiple emails with no response, and when trying to call them, all the numbers they provide keeps ringing and went to voicemail. Recently I saw reviews on Google that a lot of people are now struggling to get a hold of them. This is unacceptable, as this is the only place where one could apply for an import permit. Can someone just please respond!!!

Cell C Fraud and terrible service
Last year November (2020) I had a deduction on my bank statement from Cell C. I immediately went to the Police station to get an affidavit, because a contract was opened on my name which I never did. I went to my nearest Cell C branch (Cape Gate) to receive help on this matter. The person made a copy of my ID and the affidavit. I asked her where the account was opened, to which she said it was made in Summerset West. She then said I must reverse and stop the debit order with Cell C, which I did. I have heard nothing further from Cell C. My direct numbers were on my affidavit. On Saturday 6 March 2021 we applied for a student loan and was declined. I thought it was a mistake I made on the online application. Additionally, I went to Vodacom to apply for a cellphone contract which was also declined. The consultant asked if I am under debt review. I was totally shocked, because I know all my accounts are paid up to date. Then I started thinking about what happened last year. I immediately went to the same Cell C branch, as I thought the fraudulent matter could be the only reason why I am being denied for my applications. I asked your consultant if there is any thing under my name, to which she saw that there is a contract (the very same one that was made with my ID number in November 2020) is still on my name. I then gave her the same affidavit that I gave the first time. Today, 19 March 2020, I've contacted the SAFPS to see if perhaps they forwarded the case, to which I've learned that this did not happen. I need this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, because I need to apply for a student loan. Because of this fraud against me I have been put in bad light.
