In 2016 my husband bought maths disc from COMPU-IQ which were amounts to R9000.00 and we paid R4500.00 deposit for them to install it to the laptop, however it didn’t work meaning it failed for installation. After sometimes we tried to communicate with them with no luck and we leave the matter as it is. Until 2020 when we received summons to appear to court for settling the amount of the disc that did not installed. We did not attend court due to family issues and we settled the amount of R8536.55 through their representatives on 2020-01-07. Now today 2021-03-24 we received a shocking message that we owe them R21150.54.
