No refund or product water from air

I bought a water from air machine in 2018. I have not received the machine or the apparent promised refund. They keep on saying they are going to refund me and that they have refunded some people. I do not believe them. If you have not received a refund and are getting only lies please email me at samsaprimeproperties@gmail.com. They will see what the next step will be.
