AC Shop NO REFUND!
I've been on the lookout for micro switches to repair my door locks. AC Shop listed it on their website, great. The listing said, fits golf mk4. So I went ahead. After removing my door locks, what a mission, only to find out the switches I was sold are too big, they don't fit. I contacted the seller, and his response was "I cannot refund you, however, I can choose something else from his website." This is totally unacceptable. There is nothing else I want from him, so now I have switches that are collecting dust and money that I lost. Do yourself a favor and stay clear from AC shop.

I am writing this with deep disgust, recalling a nightmarish experience dealing with Annamaria Leach and Chiara ***nley, who represent this branch. Their behavior is appalling, and neither they nor their head office take any responsibility for their actions. Be cautious; they will manipulate and take control of your property. I strongly advise staying away from these two individuals, the branch's agent and principal. I promise you will deeply regret any business dealings with them. Fifteen months ago, this branch took over the management of my property, and from day one, it has been a complete nightmare. They added undisclosed fees without any agent taking responsibility for the matter. Most recently, even after consulting a lawyer and involving them in the communication, they refused to return my tenants to me. They renewed the contracts without our signed approval and went ahead to charge the tenants, they then sent us the documents months later to sign insisting we sign them because I had received rent, making it binding. so, they backed us into a corner. They even threatened me, saying I could only reconsider in 12 months, which was the same threat they made 15 months earlier. But that's not the end of it. When I consulted my lawyer and two other agencies to review the emails and contracts, all of them agreed that this was *****ulent. The contracts they coerced the tenants into signing were not binding because we, the owners, did not approve them. Following my lawyer's advice, I reached out to my tenants, and this is where the situation took a terrible turn. The feedback I received left me shaken and nauseated. They had a horrible experience and questioned why I would do business with these individuals. I explained that RAWSON did not have a contract with me, and they would pay me directly. I requested access to my property, as another agent was willing to assist me. However, they denied access to my property for an entire month. As the owner, I was not allowed any contact with my property or tenants. Annamaria and Chiara practically controlled my property. They even threatened the tenants, saying they'd be blacklisted if they contacted me. I escalated the matter to their head office, but it was a futile effort. I can't decide who behaved worse, the agents and principal or the head office. Both repeated the threats and warned of penalties if I withdrew from the contract. They made it clear that their power surpassed mine, and no one took responsibility for their actions. Instead, they blamed the owners for the disturbing practices of this company. It's sickening, and I wish I could find stronger words to describe this ordeal. All I can say is, avoid doing business with these individuals. My mistake was trusting the reviews and a personal referral from my mentor, who knew them. I thought it would be okay, but it turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. Thankfully, I no longer work for RAWSON. To this day, I haven't heard a single positive thing about this branch or the company as a whole. They create their own rules to suit their interests. In simple terms, they display an entitled attitude, thinking they can act with impunity because of their ethnicity. It's inexcusable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!
