Kludi Basin Mixer
On 26/05/2019 I made purchases of bathroom tiles, basin mixers, Giberet toilet set, shower mixers and shower head and drain grid. My purchase cost a total of R28,165. The Kludi basin mixers (2 off) came with a 15 year gaurantee. When we opened the packaging we noticed that one mixer had a deep scratch and I informed the supplier immediately. My salesman promised me that he will replace the unit as soon as possible. After hundreds of phone calls and in-store contact, the supplier sent a 2nd hand unit in June 2022. I expressed my disappointment immediately and he promised me that he will replace the mixer. Since then no delivery has been made. Nearly three and a half years have passed without Maharani Tiles honouring their promise

Dissatisfaction with Santam
Santam had replied that they would contact me urgently. This has not materialised. Can a client know what date a cliam will be finalized? It is now 59 days since I logged my cliam A Mr Kobus Becker promised me my cliam will be finalized by 09 April 2021. It is now 13 April I left numerous messages for a Drewy Arden (manager) to call me without any joy. Are the managers allowed to call their clients? If so please call me. I am always told the managers are in a meeting Very disappointed once again with Santam's total lack of communication skills Please contact me

Too long to finaize cliame
Gooday I had an armed robbery on the 12 February 2021 Samtam sent out a accessor on 22 February. She said santam will send out an evaluator. To date this person has not come to my premises When I started to query as to when this cliam will be finalized I had no response to my emails and no call back from management as to when this will be finalized I was told it is being investigated I would like to know what date will this be finalized
