The extra Mile
Cape Union Mart Newcastle really did go the extra mile to help me. I had lots of problems with my new fitbit watch. Fitbit refused to help me and revered me to Cape Union Mart. Leon immediately started the process and kept me in the loop. I am truly amazed about the level of service and professionalism. Big thank to Leon and the rest of the team at Cape Union. Always a pleasure to shop at Cape Union

No go zone
The zoo grounds are very neglected and lots of cages are empty and most cages are not accessible. Not child/pram/wheelchair friendly at all. Food is oky wat takes very long to make. Tabels and chairs are old and dirty and there is a lot of littering everywhere. Animals seems cared for but the animals don't have a lot of water or the water is dirty
