What a great experience
This is the second time I've sold a car to getWorth, both times they've offered the highest value, they're super friendly and fast too

Treatments don't last
Their treatments don't last. When informed rats chewed wires despite having regular treatments. I get told they weren't informed immediately(Which I didn't even know about) So the quarterly guarantee of each treatment is only valid if they're informed during that time. What utter tripe.

Pathetic
Completely useless. I sent my updated banking details MONTHS ago. Made payment with their snapscan option THEY sent me, using THEIR reference. They could never find either. All of a sudden they can only find my banking details and debit 5 months worth. Which was already paid. If they can't find a payment with their own references. M make no mistake, they can't find your car. They won't even cancel.

Pathetic and lazy
Absolutely useless! You kept us waiting for over an hour as literally the only ppl sitting in your lame branch needing to use the teller. Then your one and only teller decides to take a tea break leaving us waiting even longer

USELESS How on earth can you offer take away food with no cutlery. Surely you'd be courteous enough to put a sign up saying... Please DO NOT order or breakfasts. WE WILL NOT SUPPLY CUTLERY AND YOU'LL BE EATING EGGS WITH YOUR HANDS

Useless thieves
I went to deposit money at the ATM. It took my money with no reflection, I let them know inside and the amount. They logged the issue, only to send me a message, not even a phone call! That my claim has been rejected. Firstly your ATM should be in excess of the amount i have you. Secondly feel free to look on you cameras

Charges with no ride
We went to a concert. You're game plan was such a mess, there was really bad reception for which I landed up replacing my sim card. After 2 hours of trying to find your uber driver who clearly didn't understand the instructions UBER GAVE I managed to find my own ride home with my 11yo daughter. Now you say I need to pay? For what?
