We bought 2 leather couches from Armand Du Preez 16 years ago which are still in mint condition, testimont to the high quality of the product. The cushions needed refurbishing as they had begun sagging somewhat so I went and discussed the possibility of having the fillings in the cushions replaced and the cost thereof with Armand. I was very pleasantly surprised when he politely replied that I am to bring the leather cushions in and he will have them refurbished free of charge as we had bought them from him even although it was 16 years ago. Now that is service excellence at it's very best, thank you Armand Du Preez highly appreciated, they look as good as new again!!
