I came here to provide feedback on Droppa following another exemplary experience, yet I find myself surprised by the negative reviews encountered here. It appears to be a common phenomenon where customers are more inclined to express dissatisfaction with subpar services rather than acknowledging excellent service when experienced. Throughout my extensive interactions with Droppa, I have consistently received outstanding service from both the Johannesburg head office staff, notably Nox and Lebo, as well as the drivers, including Kgomotso, Bongi, and Thobela. Their professionalism and courtesy remain unwavering, irrespective of challenging conditions, such as enduring 38-degree heatwaves without air conditioning, driving all day, yet still managing to greet customers with a smile. Particularly commendable is their willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring the same-day collection of shipments, even when bookings are made after the designated cut-off time. Not just once, numerous times. This level of service significantly distinguishes Droppa from previous courier services I have utilized. Their responsiveness and immediate problem-solving capabilities—always available to answer calls and address any concerns promptly—are particularly noteworthy. Their website is modern and user-friendly, facilitating effortless booking and tracking of shipments. I highly recommend their services.
Feels like dealing with home affairs or the post office! My cpanel has been hacked. Contacted Ample hosting via chat. They reset password. Hacked again next day, they reset again, hacked again... When I try to reset the password, I can see the the recovery email shown in as a hint is that of the hackers and not mine. They insist it is a generic hint! it's clearly not. Going in circles non stop. I have all their transcripts saved to backup my claim. Do not signup with them! I'm moving all my websites away from them. As there is no telephonic support they hide behind their screens with no consequence.
