Matrix vehicle tracking company is a ****, how do you ********ly hand over a 36 months paid up account over an additional service which you were not allowed to have added to a debt collector? Your departments are so disorganised and there is no coordination. I have been writing emails to you to also unblock my account but instead you have chosen to hand me over to yona debt collector clearly you don't care about your customers and I wish I was able to cancel the contract with you. FIX THIS MESS TELEMATICS, UNBLOCK MY TRACKER OR COME AND TAKE YOUR USELESS TRACKER
It doesn't look like this issue will be sorted out anytime soon. Today the 29th of July I received a call from a consultant at Matrix to ask what's the problem since they tried to debit me and the debit order declined. This came as a surprise as I received a call from another consultant on the 24th July asking to ask if I had used a different number to the one they used to call me as they are having difficulties locating any cancellations recording with my number. I gave her my second cellphone number and she said as soon as they find the recording, an adjustments will be made on my account. This is really tiring and I wish it can be sorted soon. It's unfair that now I must be taken back and forth because someone decided not to do their job.
This is the worst tracking company and I wished I had refused when the dealership told me they have installed a tracker from them. It happened in March that an additional services was mistakenly added which I communicated and asked them to cancel but I got surprised on April 25th when a debit order went through, which I disputed and later called to ask why I'm being debited as I asked them to cancel the additional service. I only received cancellation confirmation on the 4/5th May however I was debited 25th of May. I then blocked further debit orders from and I didn't see any attempt in June. 4th Julya statement with an amount of R132.75 that I am expected to pay cam through which I saw the next day 5th July and I tried to call them which to my surprise despicable their working hours being between 8am and 1pm the automatic response was I reached them outside their working hours. 14th July I receive a call from one of their consulting who tells me to make a payment. I told her I am not going to pay for a service I did not use. I called them back the next day and asked what exactly happened as I thought the additional service was cancelled in March and the consultant told straight that I did not make the cancellation in March but May, despite me telling her that I did call in March, she said there is no record, and since I don't remember the date and who I spoke to, then I don't have a case. She further said the amount I am expected to pay is not refundable. Matrix went on to process a debit order on my bank without my permission and apparently the dealership where I purchased my car gave them the authority to do so hence they didn't even notify me. This is very absurd as I am not supposed to pay for the tracker as it had been paid up by the dealership for the next 36 months and I have only been using the service for 8 months now. I really hate how this has caused so much stress and I am typing this in the early hours of the morning. This is starting to affect my credit record and it's going to give me a bad name Those looking for a car track should look elsewhere as telematics is the worst company to get a service from. There is no empathy and understanding and the consultants are the worst to deal with
