I purchased a chain with a pendant from touch of gold on the second phase of Chatsworth centre at the end of August. After 1 month the color started to fade and flake away. I went back to the store with my guarantee slip, they took it for assessing. I just got a message from them saying there scratches on the pendant so it won't be covered. It's not difficult to see the color fading and the gold flaking off. When you purchase items they always reassure you that there's there's guarantee if you have a problem with the item. But when you actually do have a problem, they have excuses. Their policies and services are unprofessional and pathetic. I am absolutely disappointed with their service and will definitely not be supporting them in the future.
I upgraded my contract on 12/04/2021 and still haven’t received the phone. When I called after a week I was told that my upgrade was called and a different sim contract was instated without my permission. I’ve made 30 calls to correct this issue but it seems like all Vodacom agents are incompetent. The supervisors are unreachable. I’ve been with Vodacom for 18 years and this is a huge disappointment. I have to consider taking my business to a different network
