Staff at the contact centre and helpdesk are very rude and not helpful. Quick to tell clients to lodge a complaint.
Today, 03 May 2021, I am unable to check in online, I called the contact centre, Consultant asked what browser am I using and has since told me to lay a compliant since he can't help me on his side. I was not calling to complaint, I just want to check in. FLYSAFAIR's consultants are becoming rude just like the old SAA.
