EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY

If I could award a 5- star black rating I would have as the current rating system does not do justice to the extremely bad customer service and quality of the products advertised. I waited five months for 2 x tie clips with matching cuff links. After numerous e-mails and lots of frustration i managed to receive 1 tie clip and two sets of cufflinks of inferior quality considering the price charged....And oh, don't forget to add import taxes which are not included in the price. To this day the second tie clip is still outstanding even after another couple of e-mails. In the end I decided to just call it a day and cut my losses. Doing business with this company is not recommended at all.
