I was recently notified that the Blue concert has been cancelled, that was supposed to takeplace at the Sun Bet Arena Pretoria. And I had purchased tickets. I've been directed from one person to the other, the ticketsales people also are not assist. Someone told me there was a court order involved. Please assist. I need my refund. I was told a lady by the name Gugu would call to assist, she too had not called or sent an email. Please assist with my refund. David Tselana
Terrible customer service. And debit order errors. Internet department disappointing.
I've been throughly disappointed with the Meropa Casino. Which in two occasions we had to be evacuated ,twice in one week. On Thursday the 20th March and again on the 23rd March. Seems like it's a regular thing now. Very unacceptable and uncomfortable.
I visited Clicks pharmacy Savanna mall in limpopop and I must say, it's possible in the top 3 worst I have ever experienced when it comes to service delivery. And showing dedication in what they do. Terrible experience, and it wasn't for the first more second time.
Ater several attempts to call, Clicks In Polokwane town and Mall of the north, they all don't answer their phones, had to call their head office to get help
This is my second time writing about this issue. I wrote a week ago and received a call but the issues was never resolved and I did not get a follow up call as promised. My DSTV WiFi router has not been loaded Data, And also that they were unable to update the current home address I wanted to edit onto my profile. I've called DSTV multichoice 25 times and 17 calls where logged but no follow up call and the issues has still not been resolved, my account has been up to date. But DSTV is failing me. I could have chose any other WiFi router supplier but I chose DSTV not I'm not getting the service I paid for, it's almost the end of February and I still have not been able to use my WiFi router. I've missed 9 important TEAMS, ZOOM, SKYPE meetings because I did not have WiFi in my home, even though my account is paid up and up to date.
It pains me that dstv advices us to purchase their DSTV router but when we do they don't provide good service. My account has been paid up and up to date since the beginning of every month. But they tell me they forgot to load the data onto the router. After almost 15 calls I've made to DSTV and been promised the matter had been escalated to their IT department. It's been 8 days now that my paid up account is with data. I've missed five very important meetings because of this. I'm disappointed.
The Clicks pharmacy is Tembisa Birch Acres is by far not living up to the clicks Standard. I had an emergency & called for service on the 04 August 2023. Not only did the Gentleman who answered the phone took all my details (including ID number) promised to call me back. The lady who answered the call the second time when the first person fail to filfull their promise to call back, she also took down my details & never called me back! I genuinely am upset & refuse to believe that the service I received was clicks standard. The last time I had to write this I was complaining about their appearance (no name badges, some not even wearing uniform) that complaint was never responded. Hopefully this will be treated with the utmost respect & taken seriously.
I’m writing this with a very heavy heart and very upset. Your drivers came here and showed the utmost disrespect, they were rude and unpleasant. Spoke very loud to me while inside the car hooting and refusing to come out of their van, saying that they were instructed to remain inside their vehicle when they collect and deliver items. My neighbours were watching and my children. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable. They remained inside their Van talking at the top of their lungs and asked me if I’m going to give them the returning item or not because they do not have an entire day. This left me in shock and in disbelief. I know TAKE ALOT has millions of customers but this kind of behaviour to me, who has been with TAKE ALOT for many years is unacceptable.
I was not impressed with the Pick ‘n Pay in Hatfield. No Easter Decorations put out , no Easter bunnies for customers to buy. Limited staff to assist if you need help. There staff that is there has attitude and are unpleasant, like they doing you a favour. No smiles, no name badges. Terrible experience.
