TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Charge for transport, Tax Clearance, then lose your parcels - promise in an email to refund the transport cost it has now been 9months and still no refund, I have given up. - Do NOT believe anything Elijah the General Manager says - full of empty promises. Still not received anything despite email from 3 Decmber. This is just the start of my scathing reveiws. I have had a terrible experience with this company. They do not meet their orders in time. I made an order on 29th March and am still awaiting receipt of goods. The customer service is practically non existent. When I wanted to cancel my order, I was informed that I would lose 35% of what I had payment. There are a lot of other companies that sell MX kit online that do not make you wait in excess of 6 weeks - Please be aware.
This has got to be the most pathetic customer service I have ever had. I placed an order 29th March today is 4th May and all I get from Johan is a copy and paste message when I try to follow up - imports delayed !!! How much longer must I wait ?? It has been 6 weeks already, After 6 weeks if I want a refund, I lose 35%, my order was thousands of rands which I dont want to lose 35%. I do NOT recommend this company at all. Useless and pathetic service.
